1. Service Description

Welcome to vcmaladjustment, a platform operated by vcmaladjustment that provides users with access to a variety of design services and resources. Our services include, but are not limited to, graphic design, web design, and related consulting services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by vcmaladjustment, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service are reserved by vcmaladjustment.

6. User-Generated Content

Our services may allow users to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, or other materials ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant vcmaladjustment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content that you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.

vcmaladjustment reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

All fees for services provided by vcmaladjustment are due and payable in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you authorize vcmaladjustment to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. In the event of a dispute regarding any payment, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of your right to dispute the charge.

vcmaladjustment reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

8. Service Modifications

vcmaladjustment reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that vcmaladjustment will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall vcmaladjustment, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall vcmaladjustment’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
